Applications are now OPEN and will close on Monday, June 17th, 2025.

The National World Qualifier Championship is on July 25-27, 2025 in Charleston, South Carolina at the Scottish Rite Center.  Address is 1051 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Charleston, SC 29407.

YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP TO REGISTER AS AN ATHLETE.  MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE BY THE LAST DAY OF THE COMPETITION/CHAMPIONSHIP YOU ARE COMPETING IN.

EACH DOUBLES & GROUP ATHLETE NEEDS THEIR OWN MEMBERSHIP AS WELL AS APPLICATION.

  • How To Use This Option

    Instructions
    1. Fill out the form to indicate the number of athletes you wish to register and how many events they will be competing in. The price is calculated per event.
    2. Enter the athletes' names, birthdates, and member numbers in the requested fields.
      • Note: Member numbers are the order numbers provided at the time of the athlete's membership purchase. They can find their order numbers by logging into the usaerialmemberships.org website and clicking on My Account > Orders. 
    3. Select "Add to cart" at the top of this page. The total will reflect in your cart. 
    4. You will receive a bulk entry form after we verify that all athletes are active members. If any are not, we will notify you. The bulk entry form will ask for all of the same information that we ask our individual registrants. If any of the athletes are competing as doubles, you will indicate this on the sheet. 
    5. Submit the bulk entry form and we will confirm when they are registered by sending welcome emails to each athlete and the submitting coach. 

    General Information

    How many athletes are you registering?

    Enter the number of athletes you are registering. You can register a maximum of 20 athletes at one time. If you need to register more than 20 athletes, please submit a separate order and we will process them simultaneously. 

    How many SINGLES events will the athletes be competing in?

    Enter the number of singles events the athletes in this order will be competing in. The total cost will be calculated based on the event ($100 per athlete per event). You can register for a maximum of 20 athletes at one time. If you need to register for more than 20 athletes, please submit a separate order and we will process them simultaneously. 

    How many DOUBLES events will the athletes be competing in?

    Enter the number of doubles events the athletes in this order will be competing in. The total cost will be calculated based on the event ($100 per athlete per event). You can register for a maximum of 20 athletes at one time. If you need to register for more than 20 athletes, please submit a separate order and we will process them simultaneously.

    US athletes, enter USA. If you are competing for another country that does not have a federation, or in a discipline that is not offered by your federation, indicate your country here.

    *State

    US athletes, enter your state. If you are competing for another country, you may add a province, but it is not required.
